Moulds for polymer concrete

We have several years of experience in the production of moulds for polymer concrete. We can optimize the casting for seamless deformation and at the same time find the ideal solution for the functionality of the resulting product. At customer's request, we can not only design but also realize a cheaper form of mould. For smaller series of castings, it is possible to design a mould made of wood, aluminum, man-made wood, metal or a combination of them. We benefit from the experience gained over more than a decade in this field.

Preparations for moulds and cast parts

We know complete technology from prototype design to serial production. At customer's request we participate in the design of additional and auxiliary parts of moulds and castings. E.g. devices for gluing of castings, measuring, precision surface pouring, special deforming tools. We also often use our knowledge to design cast metal parts to meet their purpose with an emphasis on minimizing the production price.

Welded structures

We provide design and drawings of fire ladders, stairs, railings and other welded structures. Construction always correspond to the appropriate standard.

We design single-purpose and variable conveyors. We bring the best individual solutions for our customers.
